Coupled with Silver Star: The perfect family duo
Interior BC is full of hidden gems and Big White is no exception. It is perfect for the family with most accommodations being ski in, ski out. The resort has excellent snow conditions, boasting an average of 25 feet of perfect fine, dry powder every season. Big White is BC’s second largest ski area and nearby Silver Star offers everything from easy cruisers right up to one of Canada’s most demanding backsides. With the resorts approximately 90 minutes apart, they can create the ideal 2 centre family holiday.

Big White has the livelier après scene with several bars and restaurants, including the recently voted “best pub in BC”; Snowshoe Sam’s. Silver Star is far quieter and more laid back, but both resorts have an abundance of evening activities for all the family including movie nights, firework shows and numerous family nights.
